AI Visibility Check
We map exactly where your company appears in ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google’s AI Overviews — and who is occupying the space that should be yours.
This is the starting point for any GEO intervention. Before proposing anything, we need to understand what the models see when someone searches for your company — and who gets recommended when it should be you.
First call — 30 minutes, no cost
This is not a sales presentation. It’s a conversation to understand your situation: where your clients come from today, what questions your buyer asks AI before deciding, and whether it makes sense to work together. If your pipeline is full and the problem lies elsewhere, we’ll tell you in that call.
What the AI Visibility Check includes
If after that conversation you decide to continue, the Check is the first deliverable of the service: a complete diagnostic with real data, screenshots and a clear order of action. Its scope and price are fixed within the plan you choose before we start.
What you’ll get
- A report with real screenshots: where you appear today across the main AI platforms, in which questions, and who appears when you don't.
- A map of 3 to 5 concrete opportunities: the questions where you can gain visibility and the type of content that makes it possible in your sector.
- A clear order of priority: what to act on first, based on business impact — not word count.
Straight to the point. What’s included?
We understand where the business starts from — which lines generate revenue, where the margin sits, and what type of new client has the most value. That determines which questions are worth showing up for.
We run real prompts across the main platforms and document with screenshots: whether you’re cited, in which questions, with what arguments, and who appears when you don’t.
The specific questions where you can win citations quickly — with the type of content each model rewards in your particular sector.
We identify which sources carry real weight in your sector when models build their responses — and where it makes sense to build presence so that influence works in your favour.
An order of action based on buying intent and feasibility. Not a task list: a sequenced plan with clear reasoning.
Who it’s for
- The filter is not the sector or the unit margin. It’s whether the volume of business a visibility improvement can generate — through margin, through volume, or both — justifies the investment.
- It makes sense when the buying process is comparative: multiple decision-makers, multiple options, evaluation time. The more a buyer researches before making contact, the more what AI says about you shapes the outcome.
- And it’s most urgent when AI visibility is already moving your market — in someone else’s favour.
- We work with companies of any size in the UK, US, Europe, Spain and LATAM — in English, in Spanish, or both. That includes businesses expanding into Spanish-speaking markets, US brands reaching Latino consumers who search and ask AI in Spanish, and Spanish or Latin American companies that need AI visibility in English-speaking markets. Typical sectors: professional services, legal, private healthcare, B2B software, industrial, education and training, financial services, insurance, distribution and specialist retail.
Choose your visibility tracking plan
All three plans include the same service. What varies is how often we work together — and therefore, how fast your visibility grows.
Most clients go through all three phases. We start weekly while building visibility from scratch — usually two or three months. When the metrics show that presence is established, we move to fortnightly. And when the work is mainly maintenance and fine-tuning, to monthly.
It’s not an automatic step-down. It’s a decision we make together when the data says it makes sense. And the criteria is always the same: what pace does your business need right now?
For businesses that want to build AI visibility at a sustainable pace.
For businesses that want to close the gap faster and gain ground before their competitors do.
For businesses that want the maximum pace of progress and continuous adjustment.
Frequently asked questions about the AI Visibility Check
The Check is a manual diagnostic of how your company appears across the main AI platforms. We run real prompts in ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google's AI Overviews, and review the results source by source where relevant. That manual review is deliberate: it lets us understand the context behind each citation, which sources each model consults and what arguments it uses to build its response — information an automated tool can record but cannot interpret.
The first month includes an initial interview to understand the business, the analysis itself, the preparation of deliverables and a results presentation. We also conduct interviews with other relevant people in the organisation to capture knowledge that isn't always on the website but that AI models can cite.
The Check is included in the first month of whichever plan you choose before we start. What differentiates the plans is not the scope of the Check but the cadence of the work that follows: the Presence plan (£320/month) works at a monthly pace, the Traction plan (£570/month) doubles that pace with fortnightly follow-up, and the Dominance plan (£950/month) brings the work to weekly pace — continuous intervention every week.
The first conversation, 30 minutes, is at no cost. It is not a service presentation: it is to understand your situation and determine whether it makes sense to work together.
Once the service is contracted, we conduct the initial interview and schedule the Visibility Report presentation within the first week. That is the first concrete deliverable of the service — with real data, screenshots and a clear order of action.
No. The Check starts from where you are now, not from where you should be. In fact, one of the most frequent findings is that companies with a strong product are invisible in AI precisely because their current content is not structured for models to cite — regardless of how much content they have.
From the second month onwards the service moves into continuous monitoring mode. We configure tracking tools that expand the number of prompts and questions under follow-up, but manual monitoring continues in parallel — because the depth of interpretation that comes from direct review is not replaced by any tool.
Each month includes a results presentation session and follow-up interviews with relevant people in the organisation. The goal is for the real knowledge inside your company — the kind that lives in people, not just on the website — to progressively become content that models can cite.
