AI Visibility Tracking & Metrics
We monitor how you appear in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google’s AI Overviews — and tell you what to change to keep growing each period.
GEO is not a one-off intervention. Models update their knowledge, competitors publish new content, and platforms change how they weight their sources. What gives you visibility today may stop doing so in three months if no one is watching.
This service is the ongoing adjustment mechanism: we review what is happening across the platforms that matter, identify where you are gaining ground and where you are being left out, and deliver a concrete action plan for the next period — not a report to file away.
What it includes?
Which questions you appear in, how you appear, and who the AI compares you against. We record the position, the argument the model uses to cite you, and which sources it is drawing from in each response.
We run the key prompts across the models and save comparative screenshots before and after. Not estimates: real responses from ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and AI Overviews at the time of each tracking cycle.
What to publish, update or remove in the next period, ordered by expected impact. Three concrete actions with clear reasoning — not a task backlog.
If you lose a relevant mention, a new competitor enters, or a topic in your sector starts gaining volume across AI platforms, we flag it before the next scheduled tracking cycle.
When a topic or format takes off in your sector, we propose the next move: a short landing page, a use case, a comparison. The opportunity to be first in that space.
Who it’s for
This service fits B2B and professional services companies with a consultative sales cycle — businesses that need consistency rather than one-off campaigns. Teams that would rather know what to do next week than receive a 30-page diagnostic. And companies that have already done the AI Visibility Check or the Content Improvement work and want to maintain the pace — because GEO moves forward or backward depending on who keeps working.
It also fits B2C when the purchase decision involves enough money for the buyer to research before deciding. In those cases — education, long-haul travel, private healthcare, specialist equipment — AI is already part of the research process, just as it is in B2B sales. The buyer does not land on your website by chance: they arrive after having consulted, compared, and formed an opinion. If you are not present at that stage, you arrive too late.
Choose your visibility tracking plan
All three plans include the same service. What varies is how often we work together — and therefore, how fast your visibility grows.
Most clients go through all three phases. We start weekly while building visibility from scratch — usually two or three months. When the metrics show that presence is established, we move to fortnightly. And when the work is mainly maintenance and fine-tuning, to monthly.
It’s not an automatic step-down. It’s a decision we make together when the data says it makes sense. And the criteria is always the same: what pace does your business need right now?
For businesses that want to build AI visibility at a sustainable pace.
For businesses that want to close the gap faster and gain ground before their competitors do.
For businesses that want the maximum pace of progress and continuous adjustment.

Questions about tracking
Metrics and results
The analysis combines automated monitoring with manual review. Tracking tools allow us to run the full prompt set systematically and record results at scale — something manual analysis alone cannot do with consistency. Manual review adds what the tools do not capture: the context of each citation, the argument the model is using, the source it is drawing from, and whether that accurately represents your business.
The metrics we record in each tracking cycle: mentions by model, share of voice against competitors, domain citation tracking, and sentiment analysis — whether models recommend you with conviction, with caveats, or with reservations. Every deliverable includes real screenshots of responses — not estimates. The change log accumulates data across all periods so you can see the full trend.
Yes. A position that has been won can be lost if a competitor publishes better-structured content or if the platform changes how it weights its sources. Holding ground means continuing to publish — a blog post, a client case, a comparison — so the model has current reasons to cite you.
And once you cover the main questions in your sector well, there are secondary questions, specific use cases, and client segments that are not yet covered — each one representing additional visibility.
The initial prompts are defined in the AI Visibility Check, based on the real questions your potential clients ask AI before making a decision. These are not generic sector questions — they are the specific formulations that generate buying intent in your market.
That set grows over time. As we get to know the business better — through interviews with your team, use cases that emerge, opportunities the tracking itself reveals — we add new prompts that cover angles that were not visible at the start.
Yes. New content is a permanent part of the service, not something that activates separately. The Check, the Content Improvement work, and the Tracking feed into each other: what tracking reveals — which questions are not covered, which positions need consolidating, which competitor has just gained ground — determines what gets published next.
Content is built from what we know about your business: the materials you provide, interviews with your team, and real cases as they emerge. In technical sectors or where internal approval processes apply, the content we produce goes through your review before publishing — final sign-off is always yours.
Scope and fit
It follows the Check. Tracking starts from the map the AI Visibility Check produces: which prompts are relevant for your sector, what each model currently says about your business, where the most urgent gaps are. Without that starting point, tracking has no clear reference against which to measure whether anything is improving.
If you have already done the Check — or if Content Improvement work is already underway — this service is the natural next step. If you have not done the Check yet, that is always the starting point.
The frequency at which we review the platforms and deliver the action plan: monthly on the Presence plan, fortnightly on Traction, weekly on Dominance. The service is the same across all three plans — the deliverables, the methodology and the analysis criteria do not vary.
What changes is the pace: in sectors where competitors move quickly or where you are in an active growth phase, a fortnightly or weekly cadence shortens the time between spotting an opportunity and acting on it.
You can. GEO monitoring tools are accessible and some have reasonable entry-level plans. They will give you the data: mentions by model, share of voice, domain citation tracking, sentiment analysis.
What they do not include is someone who understands your business from the inside — what you actually do, what sets you apart, what question your client is asking AI before making a decision — and who at the same time has enough distance to be critical of your existing strategy and content. That combination of internal knowledge and external perspective is difficult to maintain when you are already inside.
The tool measures. Deslumbra IA interprets, challenges, builds the argument, and produces what moves the needle.
